When treating Dental Patients, we, the Dental Teams of the World,
have our work cut out for us!
Worldwide, billions of people, Dental Team members included,
frequently and gleefully indulge
in the 'Sweet Stuff!'...
...With some
eating
insane amounts!
Many times we tell them, "No, no, no!...
...Don't Do That!...It's not good for the teeth!"
But...do they listen?...
The 'bad news' is that we have long been fighting this losing Battle!...
......But...
The 'good news' is we'll never be out of a job!
Of course, the World's Dental Profession has a good conscience, and
we would rather help to prevent and avoid problems in the first place!
We try nutrition counseling, positive reinforcement,
negative reinforcement, hypnosis,
fluoride therapy, and more, but...
...the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel
may not be seen in our lifetimes!
As always, World Dental History Month chronicles and holds high
our efforts to fight Dental Disease.
Hopefully, our global collective efforts won't be
...forever in vain!
